I would recommend less hallucinogenic drugs than I took....I can't say that I remember a whole lot of details about those Deer Creek shows, but I'm sure I had a good time :D
Not sure I can make that promise and holy shit how did I not catch it the first time around that you saw Phish!!!!!! I am a huge Phishhead and am currently planning on catching them for their 2 night run up at Wrigley!!

Haha. I haven't seen Phish in years now, but they were always a lot of fun. Let us know how the Wrigley shows are!

Nice! I love mid-late 70s and early 80's JGB. Dont Let Go is a solid tune.

This is one of my favorite albums of all time. And, that awesome guitar he plays on this is super rare (it's a Travis Bean, all aluminum). Jerry was on point here, tone is outstanding.

My uncle sent me these pics this morning. They're from a show he saw July 1, 1978 in Kansas City. He said it's also one of the shows that was just released (Daves picks in assume?).

Well, that's weird^^^ I tried to post the link to Archive.org and it posted in that player. If you click on the right side of that player it should open up a new page in your browser which is probably better so you can see the setlist and other info.

So awesome to read everyone's comments and see these pics I freaking love it. I am kicking off today with the 2/14 show from 1968. This was the dead's first show after the passing of Neal Cassady. He was an one of the most profound and influential figures that ever came into contact with the dead and I have no doubt that his memory fueled their playing this evening.

Haven't heard this one but read that it's an all time great can't wait to check it out!!!

This is perfect. I'm on call for an environmental inspecton gig today, which means I'll be sitting in my truck for 12 hours today without much to do. Watching this now!
watch for the naked guy doing bird action behind Jerry on a heroic dose of LSD
He climbs a Log behind them and just kind trips out for most of the concert

Also the Conserve your water announcements are hilarious to me..."we got a Crisis" to thousands of out of their Gourd Hippies...they give no shit

some nice nude ladies also

I just got tickets today to see Bob Weir and his Campfire band at the ACL Live theater in April. This is the iconic venue here in Austin where they film the concerts that air on PBS. Hell yeah.
