I doubt bisbing is delaying signing the contract. Its not like its gonna age like wine and magically he gets paid more when gsp is done hunting ufos in the canadian summer. Hopefully UFC tells him to fuck off and books romero asap.
I'm not suggesting either are delaying to sign just wondering if there's details (like date) that are still blank, if so I don't blame either for not signing.
I also would love to see Yoel get the fight.

On second thought, I bet this is all part of the plan to reintroduce him to the audience. I remember ufcs negotiating tactic saying it would be too costly to introduce him to new fans. The more he makes the twitter/instagram/Facebook rounds, the more people will be familiar with him.

It will be 2018 at minimum before it happens again. And all this with the champions experiencing no significant injuries and no fight has had to be rescheduled.
