Women don't negotiate for wages as much. Societally we don't emphasize that or teach them.
Women do negotiate for non monetary compensation.
However...
Women make less. A couple makes a rational economic decision to value somebody staying home with the kids over the insane cost of day care. The partner, woman, making less is the chosen one. Women continue to leave the workforce in cycles. Hiring managers note this trend and pass over women for promotions and hiring of women for critical positions. Thus women make less. Thus women leave the workforce and the cycle becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.
The fix? Probably Universal Pre-K and subsidized child care. The job market would largely correct itself after that once you remove the friction preventing these workers from being in the job pool.

The fact that people glorify a "professional" troll disappoints me in my fellow humans. That's shameful behavior. Delighting or profiting off of the misery of others is abhorrent, and dishonorable. How did we get to a point where someone as messed up a person as i am, is a voice of reason?

I'd be very happy to get kids and be the one sitting at home taking care of them, and have a wife that can earn more than me anyway. Also she takes care of the investing part so we can retire happily. And paying off a comfortable house. Also, the kids need to go to college and my kids arent going to shittown university - its a top UK uni for them and they need money for tuition and living expenses, and the least we as parents can do is pay the educational costs, since it would suck if theyre heavily in debt straight out of college. I promise, if that part is taken care of, I will raise the kids to be the most conscientious, knowledgeable, open minded, well mannered people.
Wow, just wow, i'm not even sure how to respond to those videos, but it's pretty damn obvious that the news media knows exactly how to create tension. Both news shows have two obvious male trolls, and two obvious female feminists. This creates fireworks but ends with zero substance. Milo is a good orator but his arguments were extremely shallow, like most of his views.
