Probably a silly question but when we go to Florida (Oct 11th) will houses be decorated etc by then?
Can't speak for Florida but in my area most people decorate the week or a few days before Halloween. I however love it and choose to decorate sooner.

Yes and if you can get a babysitter for one night I recommend going to Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios in Orlando.

It's going to scare the shit out of you most likely but it'll be a blast.

People start decorating their houses at the beginning of October here.

As soon as Oct 1 hits I put my Jack-O-Lantern wreath on the front door. I also have a few other decorations I put up inside the house, but nothing too crazy.

And I'm not big on scary movies, but I typically watch quite a few in October.

Halloween and Thanksgiving are my favorite holidays, mostly because I love Fall.

I'm hoping to get up there this year.
Probably just do the one at the South Florida Fair, though.

I'm on the fence about busting out the Papa Emeritus costume this year. If there's a party it's definitely happening but it's a little intimidating to little ones trick or treating to my place.

Love Halloween. It's my favourite holiday so I always make sure to book time off from work around it.

Main focus is always decorating the house. I've started shopping for decorations and they go up October 1st.

I don't usually dress up because I prefer to stay in but that will probably change once my son gets older.
post some pics homie!
I love Halloween.

my two boys have like 3 different costumes planned out.. one for the school event, one for trick or treating and another for when they are done and just passing out candy at home.. last year they made their own five nights at freddys masks as none were available in stores yet.. this year they plan to do some undertale skeleton type of costumes thingys..

So what's the best halloween style song to everyone?

Some people might pick thriller, some might pick dragula, some might say monster mash or spell on you... What it is?! :D

Werewolves Of London - Warren Zevon

And don't forget "Who you gonna call?" Ghostbusters!

Remember the song that had the chorus of "I always feel like... somebody's watching me!" sang by Michael Jackson? He only sang the chorus though. That probably qualifies as a Halloween song.
