finally watched both last night. not too bad imo.

seems like they were going the bill cooper route for the first episode & I was digging it.

unless I missed something, 2nd episode was mostly unrelated (so far) & didn't impress. I imagine it will tie in somewhere though, no time to waste in a miniseries.
