I found this in the shop a few months ago, I've eaten a lot since.

I mostly drown my chips (fries) in it, cause of the vinegar.

Yep.. better than tobasco, but still shit. It's great in the wishbone buffalo ranch dressing though.
Quiet you. Shit's scrumptious, I'd love to try the rest of the range but that the only one in the shop. Chilli wasn't introduced to the island until th mid 90's.

Potatoes has Amazon, it just doesn't trust chilli.
I broke up with sriracha a long time ago. I mostly use the garlic chili paste now, I like the flavor much better. I also like me some Tiger Sauce, the label is cool, like the flavor, not really hot though.
I like me some spice. I also love whatever thai chilis or what not that they put in thai food when you as for extra stars. Yum
