Thank you. I'm still training. I've just cut back to drilling.I always stress to my guys that recovery time is critical. Stretching really helps in recovery too, I know too many guys who ignore this and end up pulling something (young guys can get away with not doing it, not us older guys LOL). And a good warm up is always important, rolling cold is never a good idea.
