To answer OP, Batman is pretty easy to kill. Sniper rifle aimed at his mouth when he's standing still, though it's rare that he is. Otherwise, chuck him in a pit full of grenades.

I'd love to see an elseworlds where Batman dies within a year every time and is replaced with the real madman being Alfred. Gotham might have had about 70 of them by now.

Also @Alienator I'm reading a book right bow called The Heart of Man by Erich Fromm. Might be somewhat of interest. Talks extensively about that early Thanos-like impulse.
