At face value just from what he said, he's wrong. He should consider his day off from work as the time when he should usually spend it all with his kids, a day off from work isn't his personal free time to not be a dad.

At face value, if these are his blood kids, and she's being honest, he's in the wrong.
Being a man isn't about working, it's about what you do with that one day off.
It's also about how you respond.

The fact that she's putting their family issues out the for (literally) there entire world to see automatically puts her in the wrong.

Aside from that, who knows? She might be sitting home on her phone all day doing nothing and letting the kids run wild while he puts in a 12hr work day. Too many variables to judge from this video other than she's a terrible wife who aired their dirty laundry for all to witness.

make plans ahead of time or you have to go home…arrange to meet up with her the next weekend or after…but.plan it ahead of time
If the husband wants a day to himself, have him take some paid time off and go somewhere with his friends
