are you going to add more and more each week? or just stick to 20 and go slower and slower?

20 in a day (say that's 12 hours) works out to right around 1inch per minute .
I don't see how a person could go much slower than that :cool:
That would be tough as nails to do 20 push ups continually in motion for the full 12 hours. Jeez

I did 3 sets of 20 yesterday.

Some on my knees, because fuck that shit.
But I swear I'll get there...

3 sets of 20 today.. Last set with proper form, not on knees.
Goal is all 3 sets with proper form..... coming soon.

I sprayned my shoulder about 1,5 years ago (had physiotherapy and and all that), after one f## year I could do only 20 before this strange pain and cracking would set in, now I'm at 25-30. :(

I always used to hate pushups, then I just started doing some for fun in the evenings and after about 3 weeks I was at 50. After 2 months I could do 50, take a 2 minute rest and do 50 again and I *loved* it, until I jacked up my shoulder...

I guess what I'm saying is: enjoy the pushups and do some for mee as well, I would love to be able to go at them full power again...
And also what I found out: a limiting factor for me were the belly muscles, not the arms. As the belly belly grew stronger, the number of pushups increased

I had to stop since I was developing carpal tunnel & pushups became a motherfucker.

then I bought some wrist exercise & flexibility video which has helped tremendously - and I will be back on this soon.
