I almost lost my hat yesterday. It was windy, and it blew off of my head. Without thinking, I ran directly into traffic to get it. One car honked at me. I flipped them off. Traffic in the other direction just stopped in case I ran into their lane. I waived to them. I got my hat back. Stupid wind.
