No. A ferel dog is a descendant of a domesticated dog that returned to the wild. So it should have no less pet quality breeding traits than any other domestic dog of its breed(s)
The qualities that make a dog a good pet make it unlikely to survive on the wild, which is why those qualities are the first thing to go. As I said that's the difference between a domestic dog and a feral one.
