But why doesn’t he either let his minions, ( who have said he did it, live on tv ) give evidence under oath. Or why doesn’t he just stand up and say look. This is how it is. I literally did worse than Nixon.

I’m reading a book atm about Comanches and early frontier folk. Christ they were among the bravest people ever lived, sometimes the naivety of them makes me think about modern day Americans.

because the burden of proof is on the accuser. you dont walk in to court trying to prove you are innocent. that is assumed until a case can be made against you
