General Injecting something into butt to get into bloodstream

Let's say you have a drug. It is prescribed orally. Assume 100% it is good for you if you take it orally, no doubt about it. But you are worried about some of it getting chewed up in your digestive system. If you inject it in your butt (say you dissolve it in Everclear, then inject the solution), that will make it to your bloodstream, right? I mean, I think that is why people do butt injections, right?

Any concerns doing that? Any concerns injecting anything that you could eat into your butt and getting it directly into your bloodstream that way?

Let me give you all a different example. Everyone thinks fish oils are good. And they probably are. But fish oil are supposed to get broken down in the gut, where the gut separates out the glceryal or glycol or whatever molecule it is, from the free-form fatty acid it is attached to before separation. But its the free-form fatty acid that is the real health benefit (assume this, I don't want to argue this point, its only an example).

So the gut is SUPPOSED to separate them, then some free-form fatty acids MIGHT make it into your blood stream, if they survived and are not processed right away for fuel or whatever. But lets say you just inject the free form fatty acids right into your blood stream. Would there be any problem with that? I can't imagine there would be, since some at least get into your bloostream anyways if you swallow fish oil capsules.

Okay, no. Right medication needs to be taken by the right route in order to have the right effect. If tren hits your bloodstream directly rather than via intramuscular injection you get rough side effects, if you snort heroin rather than inject it, you're likely to OD. If you eat a laxative that's supposed to be a suppository, you're going to end up fucked up. Take drugs the prescribed way
