Lmao, yep. About like that. I opened the door, saw the 27" tube TV and 6" thick mattress....just sat my shit down, walked across the street to the bar and got hammered.

Walking out of the Peddler "Steakhouse" at night looking at the sad carnival with an abandoned strip club in the background and hearing part road noise from 95 and part old time carnival music I felt like I walked into a Rob Zombie movie. I was waiting for Captain Spaulding to come running after me.

Indeed. No other nearby options. Walking out of the Peddler "Steakhouse" at night looking at the sad carnival with an abandoned strip club in the background and hearing part road noise from 95 and part old time carnival music I felt like I walked into a Rob Zombie movie. I was waiting for Captain Spaulding to come running after me.

Shit was fun when I was a little kid. Now it's like little Chernobyl.

I stopped by South of the Border with a lady friend last year because she saw all of the billboards leading to it and just had to check it out... She was a bit of an uppity cunt so you can imagine how hard I was laughing at her reactions to all of the sketchiness that exists there. It was bad when we would stop there on the way to the beach when I was child and it's gotten worse. It's like it's drenched in the tears of strippers that didn't make the cut in Myrtle Beach and the blood of all of the people that clowns have murdered there.
