This is big money that they're supposedly disrupting. Plus if offering the CIA a buyout is legit, what do you think they are going to do? They'll retaliate. Could be bad.

Also, I'm unsure of what he has planned to replace the CIA. We need an intelligence apparatus.

gives me real hope

honestly at first, when the magnitude of this corruption was revealed, I told my buddy, "Is 4 yrs even enough time?"
after these first few weeks, I am absolutely getting some hope back

Not only that, I expect some big scandals to emerge, even if they are complete bullshit ala russia-gate. It's the Democrats playbook. Things are just happening so fast right now they haven't had time to organize their bullshit
