A journalist has written an article to describe the horror of seeing Johnny Depp on her television screen, which she found "disturbing to say the least."
She talks about the "global witch hunt" against Amber Heard, and the "brazen misogyny" Heard faced, whilst bemoaning the fact that "despite being accused of domestic and sexual abuse, Depp’s career appears to be flourishing." All of that is "a terrifying reality to be facing in 2024."
The horror.
My favourite part of the article however, is when she quotes one of Depp’s texts about Heard, calling her a "gold-digging, low-level, dime-a-dozen, mushy, pointless, dangling, overused flappy fish market”.

Why is Johnny Depp in an advert on Channel 4? | Olivia Petter
The fact that Dior has decided to not only stand by Depp but actively promote him as part of its brand is nothing short of astounding to me
