Since Ronda's destruction at the hands of Amanda Nunes, people have wondered where Ronda goes from here and if she can ever gain new skills. Ronda is a judoka who adopted some striking skills (albeit with some bad habits), whereas Luis Raul Alvarez appears to be a striker who may have learned some judo, although I have to say I don't know much about him. In this video, Alvarez TKO's Martin Georges with what I believe is an Ippon Seio Nage.

[edit]... In this video, Georges with what I believe is an Ippon Seio Nage.

@TedCzech

He attempts an Ippon Seio Nage, to my understanding. By Judo rules, though, he committed an illegal move. You can't use Judo throws to pull the opponent down or otherwise physically force or push your opponent directly down onto the mat. For one, it's dangerous as made obvious here.

By MMA or wrestling, it works out to kinds a body slam... not my area.

He tried an ippon seio nage, but didn't get his hips under his opponent to throw him over the top, but in this case, it worked out well for him.
