One theory says, he will be for maybe a year. He'll hire someone that will report to him and handle most of the day to day work while Kash will work with Pam and Congress to break up the ATF into different agencies.
There are other theories floating around, but people reporting that are saying this one comes from "people in the know". I dunno.
Guess there's a lot of recently unemployed feds with time on their hands.
