Other than breakfast, anything with rice and meat. Or noodles. Or my favorite, fried eggs over carne guisada.

My wife is Asian, she loves to cook, and we live in Texas. So a variety of things with rice or noodles, and some kind of meat that are greatly improved with a runny fried egg. And hot sauce.
