It's 117 today the latest hottest temperature recorded in Phoenix and every is growing like crazy. Seeds are sprouting, ollas doing their job keeping everything watered as the soil is moist underneath.

I'm aware of what they do, but also aware of the cost. In my zone I have deemed them unnecessary for my setup, but I also tend to my garden more than most. If you ditched the fabric pots and soaked a rotting log or two and placed them into the new containers, you'd be surprised at how well the bottom of the containers stay moist.

I'm good with my set up it works best in the desert. I rent so can't add raised beds or plant in the ground.

Weather finally broke after 21 days of record highs we are now 78 finalize my garden planted brocoli! Cauliflower and strawberries today. Tomatoes and peppers and seeds in planted a month ago are going good.

Olla garden is doing great tons of peppers, tomatoes, strawberries, Lettuce, broccoli!
Great winter temps in the 70s low 80s!
