Perhaps. Might have been the JJ fight too
No , it wasn't. Machida was at his absolute best vs. Mousasi, although that was Mousasi's first fight @ 185 in forever.
Of course styles make fights etc., But Machida was in championship form imo.
But I've never liked Machida @ 185, and perhaps it's all catching up to him as well as having to fight bigger guys.
I still think Machida KO's Weidman in that 6th and final round.....

I like the cut of your jib.

You will fit in perfectly here.
Must we even go down this wrong road, Prize Horse (capitalized out of respect)? You just disappoint me, day after day..........though, i should caveat this by saying, I love most of your posts

I'm so unsure of what is going to happen in the LHW Title fight. DC could grind it, Rumble could hulk smash. All i know is i'm not gonna pay for it! :D
I think Rumble is going to walk him down while hitting DC with hard shots as he tries to counter. DC will inevitably go for his dirty boxing in the clinch, but I don't think Rumble will oblige him as much as Jones did, instead breaking off to create space and continuing striking. Eventually he hurts him in the 2nd or 3rd for the TKO finish.

DC and Weidman are easy picks. I'll also take AA and Benavidez to win. Leaning towards a Cowboy loss. Not sure yet.

I'm not so sure about the DC/Rumble fight. Rumble's power is:
Definitely have a point about Rumble. If he lands, he could knock DC'c head off his shoulders. I like watching Rumble destroy people and he would be a well spoken and respectful champ. I just think DC is smart enough to avoid the death bombs long enough to get his hands in Rumble and gas him out. Should be exciting!

I'm REALLY wanting Vitor to win. The guys one of the last few old school guys still competing at the highest level. Will I bet on him? Nope.....This is Chris' fight to lose IMO but I really feel it'll be a competitive fight. Seeing as Belfort came from the era where PEDs were expected I choose not to judge him for his usage, if anything respect him more for still challenging for belts after this long. To those blaming any or all his success on juice where are all the other guys who have used and got caught? Sylvia, Sherk, Leben and many more....Barnett is the only other guy that comes to mind who is still at a high level but i doubt we will see him get a title shot again. PEDs are an enhancer as the name says, not a performance creator. If Vitor can win this then just walk away after maybe one defense against whoever that would make me incredibly happy.
