But how is he different from other politicians? From where I stand it's fancy words. That is the only difference. That, and the lack of honeyed words, often an attempt by politicians to cover up true intent or agenda.

Interestingly more and more hospitals are in fact not children's hospitals. A fast quantity of children are on Medicaid that doesn't pay anything. Kids are typically very ill or not ill at all. so if they have to go in for something basic like asthma or pneumonia lots of community hospitals simply don't want to have the financial hit to provide their services. Increasingly that means children get their care only in tertiary centers potentially hours away.
This is a disaster for community medicine. It also adds a ton of unneeded cost to the whole system. As the hospital doesn't want to burden themselves with the handful of dehydration and RSV kids and whatnot, they offload that on to transportation services that we all pay for to ship that kid by ambulance or air at very high prices.
I am not blaming him at all. He won the last popularity contest you Americans call elections. I'd be more mad about the fact there was literally no one that could beat him. Trump election is a result of both parties failure to come up with a legitimate candidate. And here we are.

I remember Bernie being shanked. Twice. That's on them. I remember the republicans making the same mistake when they had their teaparty, and coming in hot with that Alaskan bitch as vp. It's their fault they are blind.
