I still feel bad for her, she talked some real hardcore shit and had a real opportunity to be the hero by whipping Dern, only to get destroyed and give Dern an easy stepping stone win.

So she dropped from 139-123 in about a week's time? Pretty impressive really. She obviously made the effort but too little too late just didn't cut it. I'm sure she's gonna learn from this like others before her.
The effort should start when you sign the bout agreement not the week of the fight.
