Story goes the younger they are, to an extent, the better he likes them. I think this one is going to be an uphill battle in the Senate confirmations. Unlike the made-up charges against Trump, Gaetz has some very real ones hanging over him, including for sex trafficking.
They've been trying to pin on him for at least 2 years and can't. It's metoo bullshit to smear an aggressive republican. He's no Salwell.

I read he took some escorts to the Bahamas and they tried to get him for sex trafficking

Trump is doing Trump again & picking a bunch of sycophants for his cabinet instead of the most competent individuals. Some of these nominations would be hilarious if the result of these folks being in such positions of power might not wind up being seriously fucked up.
Then there's Musk having such a big influence on policy. That's gonna be interesting considering the guy has no experience in government Is no one else concerned or is everyone just going to trust in Trump?
Matt Gaetz is very intelligent, so is Trump, so is Tulsi, so is RFK Jr, So is Ron Paul, so is Joel Salatin.
Notice not one is wearing a dress, yamaka, or is a fed chairman.
So far Marco Rubio is the mistake, maybe they just want to scare our enemies for better bargaining for peace, then he boots him out.

I've seen this posted with the pictures but let's be honest all places use mobile paper shredders, hell one pulls up to my local grocery store that has a bank in it once a week.
I guess the question is, should the DOJ be shredding anything ever? Aren't they supposed to preserve all records?

I heard a caller float the theory on a radio show the other day that it was all planned that he wouldn't really go all the way through the process and they had no intention on doing so. He needed a way out on the house inquiry into him so Trump as payment for his loyalty put him out as a nominee, he would resign and later Trump would find something for him.

I think this was planned in some way. Maybe done to further confirm who the RINO rats in DC are. Trump isn't stupid and Gaetz wouldn't allow the media or RINO's to force him out. Who will be AG? No idea. Sydney Powell comes to mind.

Gaetz resigned his 118th Congress seat but won his reelection to 119th Congressional seat. So he'll be back in the House.
