Yoel Romero Cleared, USADA Tests His Supplements And They Were Tainted
Can't find a USADA source confirming this, but considering they said this publicly without repercussions or a rebuttal my guess would be its true?

For some reason that page won't open for me. I saw where the USADA confirmed he failed, and on the same day he and his manager said it was because of tainted supplements, but just that they were looking into it. Which means he likely showed up with a tub of protein that they'd sprinkled some steroids in and said "See? I got it like this."
The reality is food products are produced in batches. It wouldn't be hard to track down another supplement from the same batch and see if they were actually tainted.
I agree. They said that an independent lab and USADA both tested the supplement and found the substance..now that could very well be them mixing the steroid in (which I thought as well). But in order for them to publicly say this, I'd assume USADA did test some supplements...can't know for sure though..these things happen in MMA.
Jut curious as to what the fuck actually happened..they were saying we'd know by the end of the week (that was 8th of February)....
Hope Yoel is forced to do a Public Service Announcement as punishment.

Shouldn't Jacaré have to win a fight first at least?

I'd rather give the title shot to a guy who just won (Bisping).
Maybe Jacaré would have won if Romero hadn't been on the sauce, but maybe not. Can't give him a title shot based on the unknown.
Also, Win > NC or loss
For the sake of conversation, I'll play along. Let's give it to a guy coming off a win. Belfort is still more deserving than Bisping.

He's more deserving if Rockhold is champ but less deserving if Weidman is champ.
We can only go on what we know is fact as of today. Whether it's Rockhold, or Weidman, Bisping will be losing, so ultimately the whole thing is irrelevant.

I don't know. He beat Silva but Silva is past his prime and the fight was close.
It will be interesting to see what happens in the Rockhold-Weidman fight. If Weidman is at least 80%, he wins in under 3 rounds. 90-100% and Luke doesn't make it out of the first round with his consciousness.
People seem to forget that Silva has lost 3 of his last 4, and the 4th was a no contest because he popped for Thai erection pills.

2/3 when Bisping fought him, with the 2 losses being to the former/future champ, but I see your point.
He still failed multiple tests Yoel has failed one. The win still stands.
