Of all the things to slow burn this really wasn't it, especially when it flipped from against to friend to HEEL against in like two months and AJ sort of put the issue to bed early with the two out of three having importance.
The WWE isn't going to put Jericho over AJ so the longer this goes the less it benefits AJ. A heel Jericho messing with Callisto would be real good to m or Neville here longer term.

I wouldn't blame the crowd. I'd blame WWE. They all seemed pretty heated during HHH/Steph segment.
They obviously cut crowd mics too because there was a stifled boring chant during that segment too.
