Wouldnt be surprised if it was the female cop who initiated all of this.

I would like to see the full body cam not the edited version. There was an escalation from one of the sides for sure, it's why the one deputy responded so shortly, we are done.

There is a saying in Law Enforcement. Lawful but awful. Just because it's lawful doesn't make it right. Might be why they are stepping back by offering a plea to drop the charges if she puts a tracking app on his phone to save face. Mom told them to pound sand.
