I train with olympic level taekwondo masters and let me tell you this, I've been dropped holding pads for them when they are kicking 50%. The next day isn't so bad but for about an hour you're sucking wind

Arn? I'm doing good my man. Training hard, ready for this tournament next weekend and then into fight camp to take on Martin Vergara at WCFL12. Our fight team has been adding more guys too which is really exciting, more exciting in my opinion than anything I can plan lol. How've you been?
