I agree there is no void, especially now that they got a Harbaugh at coach. He doesn't need to be fiery in their current situation. With Staley the team seemed to be lacking a charismatic leader.
I have known Justin since he was a kid(family friends), always been quiet and polite and not one to ever demand anything from his teammates or anyone. Lets his play to the talking. If he tried to Rah Rah it wouldn't be genuine.
