The refs will tell QB's ahead of time to get their lineman straight or there will be a penalty, etc. It happens frequently. He got penalized before a warning.

So...not really a false start. Just the tackle cheating out of position to get a jump on the edge rusher.

I've seen a few flags for that this season. Haven't seen any warnings from refs. The only pre-snap "warning" I see from refs are the ones confirming alignment for the WRs - but that's after the WR asks for it.

It happens, i'm not sure how often it's for false start or illegal formation or whatever, but players often get warnings before they get penalties. Goes for defense too. Probably not as often though.
