Definitely a false start... and originally called that way... until they decided they could switch to illegal shift and let KC win.
Ah
I didn't see that ref running in from far sideline
Yep he was calling the play dead, play should be dead

Now despite all of that, why the fuck was Pierce, trying to run a play anyways, he said they were just trying to kill a few more seconds before kicking a field goal from the same exact spot. He did not have the lead, he should have kicked the field goal before the Raiders, Raidered, which they did when that center snapped it to a QB in Shotgun lol.

Kick the field goal, it is in range. Dude has missed but if not advancing ball, then kick the fucking FG dipshits raiders.

Play never happens if Pierce is a good HC, he gave the chiefs/refs a chance when it was a lose lose situation running another play with no TOs.

Mahomes with 10 seconds was far too scary for the Raiders coaches, which is laughable. Very bad HC decision making. If you wanted to run time down then don't spike it with 15 left. If you want to spike it again don't line up in shotgun making calls at the line. Completely unprepared team was unprepared to win a game.

Pierce isn't off the hook.

Refs have splaining to do.

How is it a false start when the center snaps the ball before everyone is set?
good point but the Ref threw a flag for exactly that and ran on the field whistle in mouth
It was a false start flag that got changed for some reason
Whether the play was whistled dead is in question

The ref at top certainly was trying to kill the play when he ran in waving hands

Enjoy the Win KC, but please don't pretend there aren't a lot of interesting ref decisions this season

I still blame raiders for running another play for no reason and breaking huddle and getting to line with 10 seconds with zero time outs, horrible game management

I originally thought it would be a false start, and was surprised when the gave the chiefs the ball. All the replays showed the snap and fumble, but didn’t really show a wide view of the play.

And yeah, ordinarily I’d say the Chiefs shouldn’t have won the game. But I’ve come to understand what is happening. There is no stopping destiny. There are higher powers at work here.

Higher powers really aren't involved brother
NFL replay goes thru a central office nowadays, and it has more pull than ever before

I do know you are joking FYI

Both teams blew it

I’m not sure I am joking. I just watched a team win by two points against a team that missed 3 field goals. One was 25 yards short. I thought it was blocked. It looked blocked. Yet no hand of a Chiefs player touched that ball. That ball was clearly touched by the hand of God. There is no other explanation for what we’ve been witness to this season. I was an atheist in September. Not sure what I am today.

Fuck it... I wouldnt mind him on the practice squad and see if a real franchise could rehab him.
I don't think there is any fixing him. His issue is. not that he can't play football. It's that his fucking tiny. He's a 0% tile player in terms of size. He can't compete physically with WRs.

I remember anytime someone brings up his weight being an issue he refused to listen. He's Bizarro-Eddie Lacy

Playoffs start today for my Bengals. They can't afford another loss this season. Win the last 6 and they'll finish 10-7. That should be good enough for a wild card.

Bengals (4-7) losses...

NE: 6 points. Lost 16-10
Bengals played horrible in this game. Lots of controversy with Chase not practicing. Chase played, but only caught 7 passes on 13 targets. He was rusty and the timing with Burrow was off.

KC: 1 pt. Lost 26-25
With 48 seconds left and the Bengals up 25-23, Mahomes chucked up a prayer on 4th and 16 from their own 35 and a DPI was called. 4 plays later Butker kicked a 51 yard field goal to win it as time expired.

WAS: 5 pts. Lost 38-33
This is when the "Man, this defense if fucking horrible" talk started. And also a bit of a coming out party for Jayden Daniels - who played out of his fucking mind (21/23 for 254 yards. 2 TD)

BAL: 3 pts. Lost 41-38 OT
Playcalling. Bengals recovered a fumble in OT with the score tied 38-38. Already in field goal range, Taylor elected to run the ball 3 consecutive times. McPherson missed a 53 yard field goal. Henry rips off a 51 yard run, Tucker hits the FG to win it.

PHI: ass thumping. Lost 37-17
This is the only game the Bengals SHOULD have lost. Although the game was tied 10-10 at half, they were beaten badly in the 2nd half.

BAL: 1 pt. Lost 35-34
Bengals were up 21-20 in the 4th quarter. They elect to go for it on 4th and 2 from the BAL 35. For some reason, Burrow chucked a deep ball to rookie Burton. That play changed the game, and both teams went on a TD rampage. Bengals scored a TD with 38 seconds left to pull within 1, and elected to go for 2 to win the game. A decision I was fine with. During the 2 point conversion, Burrow gets smashed in the face immediately after releasing the ball. NO FLAG. Our TE is held horribly in the middle of the field. NO FLAG. Pass attempt falls incomplete. Game over.

LAC: 7 pts. Lost 34-27
Game tied 27-27 with 41 seconds left. Chargers on their own 16. 28 yard completion followed by a 27 yard completion. 18 seconds left, JK Dobbins rips off a 29 yard TD run.

I have been a Bengals fan my entire life and I have watched plenty of horrible football. Had season tickets for 15 years and saw more than my share of 2 and 3 win seasons. I was there for the playoff game when Burfict killed Antonio Brown and gifted the Steelers a wild card victory. I was also there when Carson Palmer had his leg ripped in half in another wild card game. Also the Steelers.

But this season? This season is absolutely the most frustrating season I've even witnessed.

There is no tomorrow.
Fuck Pittsburgh.

When you said the problem is his size, I first assumed he was a midget. According to Wikipedia, he's 6'0" tall.

Maybe getting cut will be the wake up call he needs to start d̶o̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶l̶o̶a̶d̶s̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶s̶t̶e̶r̶o̶i̶d̶s̶ hitting the weights like everyone else.

He was supposed to end up in Denver as all highly drafted Colts QBs do, and then win a SB for the Broncos. That was the Prophecy.
Elway
Manning
Luck

I fear that will not happen now, although it would make me very happy.

He was never the same after taking internal injuries against the Broncos that one game.

I'm happy either way in the Steelers/Bengals game.

Steelers win and Bengals are basically eliminated.
Bengals win and Baltimore has a better chance of winning the division.
