I think it was a fairly decent 1st rounds. The dumb teams did dumb team things like Jags, Bears and Falcons though the Jags did get a very good player. Dallas reached slightly but not insanely. They drafted for need and not necessarily the best player available and thats why they stuggle. I dont hate booker. I just thought there were other options.

Browns actually were smart for once. Ravens and Eagles maximized their draft as always.

I understand why Giants took Dart but I was not sold as him being a #1 QB. There is a strong change Daboll and Joe Schoen maybe gone by next year so what will the new GM think of Dart? I don't think the top GM candidates are gonna wanna place their careers in the hands of a back end first 1 QB they didnt draft.

I don't love the Broncos taking the top rated DB, but I just listened to this interview and I get it.
Barron is super high character, very intelligent and well spoken. Humble yet confident. Fits in perfect with the Broncos Defense.
Not wearing any flashy chains or shit like that.
Impressed by his maturity

Ther's nothing intrinsically wrong with drafting best player available, especially in this free agency era. If the Broncos still have a hole to fill, and have some cap space, they can fill it in June.

EDIT: Because apparently I was too dumb to spell "intrinsically" on the first try.

I tuned in to see how long till the Dolphins picked, turns out we traded up to get OL Jonah Savaiinaea, who's 6'4" and 324 lbs.

That's two big ol' boys in the trenches after taking DT Kenneth Grant (6'4" 331 lbs) yesterday.

Savaiinaea will most likely shift to play guard from what I'm seeing online. The Dolphins O line sucked last year, so I'm happy if he pans out.

Just saw this snippet online whilst checking the 2nd round picks so far:

Saints somehow got older at QB
If Tyler Shough starts for the Saints, he'll be the second-oldest QB in the NFC South.

• Baker Mayfield: 30 (April 14, 1995)
• Shough: 25 (Sept. 28, 1999)
• Michael Penix: 24 (May 8, 2000)
• Bryce Young: 23 (July 25, 2001)
