Man.....the Jags are really fucking bad at this. So they wait to fire him, see all their top coaching choices say no to them because of Baalke. Then when those top coaches take another job they fire Baalke after. It must really suck to be a Jags fan.

Yes. Hes petty and a shitty evaluator of talent. He took T. Walker over Aiden Hitchenson because he does not like Jim Harbaugh and didn't want to give Jim credit for coaching up a future #1 overall pick. Walker is decent but it took him a few years to become decent meanwhile Aiden is one of the elite pass rushers in the NFL. Thats just 1 fuck up by him.

Pete Caroll to th raiders. Honestly not a bad move for the raiders, players coach and can maybe bring some stability.
That was tough. I feel really bad for him. I didn't want to talk crap after, Chrit didn't take it very well as it was. He is a good ball player, my thing was him saying best TE in the league and that was always hogwash. Honestly, he is a beast. No one is perfect. Great showing by Bills fans donating to his charity.
