They claim responsibility for every fucking terror attack. If I farted in the middle of Costco and the smell made people evacuate the store, ISIS would claim responsibility.

ISIS claims of responsibility /= facts.

I'd like to clarify right off the top, the tweet was as stupid to send out as it is historically inaccurate. But I can't think of anything ISIS has claimed responsibility for that wasn't found to be a terrorist attack even though they may or may not have been responsible for it.
