I remember their initial teamup in the October 2015 Dusty Classic where they were very much booked as a "big brother, little brother" team and have been every since. Everytime they lost I half expected to see a "It's your fault that we lose" heel turn but it just never came. Until tonight of course.

I think we're all used to the Takeover's revolving around the big 4 PPV's so when one just pops up it takes us all by surprise.
