Just read U.S. District Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil's opinion, leaning heavily on the arguments of Fox's lawyers: The "'general tenor' of the show should then inform a viewer that [Carlson] is not 'stating actual facts' about the topics he discusses and is instead engaging in 'exaggeration' and 'non-literal commentary.' "
She wrote: "Fox persuasively argues, that given Mr. Carlson's reputation, any reasonable viewer 'arrive with an appropriate amount of skepticism' about the statement he makes."

I had to laugh at the cuck Generals who were ordered to disagree with Tucker's common sense comments about heavily pregnant women flying missions over enemy territory.
Now the corporate propaganda media is twisting it to say that Tucker attacked all women being in the military when this is far from the case.
However it stands to reason that a pregnant woman should not be flying missions over a war zone when she's got another life to protect.
He was just laughing at the ridiculous flight suits that they've made for women about to spit out a kid.

You don't have to be a veteran to be informed on Veterans' Affairs.
