Welcome to the big leagues kidHoly fuck, Oregon's schedule is ridiculous.
They play like two ranked teams.Welcome to the big leagues kid
I thought you would’ve used garbage in that case! They play like two ranked teams.

Dude, look at the schedule. None of those teams are in any danger of being in the top 25.Preseason rankings don't mean shit.
It depends how they decide to rank them. As a fan, a schedule of blowouts is fun to watch, how it impacts the rankings, who knows?I thought you would’ve used garbage in that case!

CFB is the best lol. AV sent this to me and I had to share
Just starting to watch the Notre Dame / Miami game - first college game I've watched...not just this season, but in a LOT of years. I might try to watch Notre Dame (was a huge fan as a kid) & South Carolina this year.
(Don't see as how anyone can keep up with all of NCAA football - there's so damn much of it.)
Random question:
As I said, this is my first time watching in a LOT of years. The last time I really paid attention to NCAA football was long before all the portal, NIL, etc stuff.
I'm about halfway through the 1st quarter, and I'd say at least 50-60% of the players mentioned so far came from a different school the year before.
I also know that coaching staffs also can have pretty short tenures in the NCAA - especially at your really big schools.
So for those that are really into NCAA or have teams you follow...why?
Meaning how do you develop an attachment to that team?
Past teams / alumni / grew up a fan? People you know were a fan? Perhaps some of the coaching staff?
I'm asking because it seems like turnover is *so* crazy high in NCAA (both players and coaches) that I dunno how you'd find yourself a legit fan of any one team these days, knowing it's not gonna at all last.
Seems like LONG gone are the days of being a fan of a team and watching a core group of guys play for at least 2, often 3+ years.
I remember seeing ND on prime time TV when I was a kid. Then Rudy came out and I was hooked. So I started watching them more often in the early 90’s and it stuck.Just starting to watch the Notre Dame / Miami game - first college game I've watched...not just this season, but in a LOT of years. I was a ND fan prior to that, but Rudy was epic for me, even in high school.I remember seeing ND on prime time TV when I was a kid. Then Rudy came out and I was hooked. So I started watching them more often in the early 90’s and it stuck.
