If you refer to black people as chimps, even in Europe, people are going to assume that you're doing so for racist reasons.
That's my point. Somebody referred to black people as a bunch of chimps and feels they are persecuted for it. The point is that if you do that in real life almost anywhere on the planet people are going to assume the racist comparison because that is the history there
