San Antonio, Texas — On February 15, 2025, around 12:30 p.m., A Park Police Officer was dispatched to Woodlawn Lake for a major accident. Louisville, Kentucky — On August 28, 2024, at approximately 12:15 p.m., LMPD Officer Brandon Brinkley was working a non-injury collision when an off-duty LMPD Officer requested backup to assist the Kentucky State Police, at the intersection of New Cut Road in Outer Loop. Officer Brinkley responded to the scene where he was met by a trooper with the Kentucky State Police and the off-duty LMPD Officer who radioed for help. Officer Brinkley learned the trooper had been in pursuit of a vehicle that crashed in the intersection. The trooper detained the driver of the vehicle, however an armed passenger had fled from the scene toward the Peddler's Mall in Walmart nearby. The trooper described the suspect as a male wearing an orange shirt. Officer Brinkley leaves the scene of the collision and goes to the last known location of the fleeing suspect. Officer Brinkley enters the tire center of the Walmart and begins asking customers if they saw a suspect, wearing an orange shirt. At least two customers direct the Officer to the armed suspect's last known location inside Walmart. Officer Brinkley begins to search the crowded store, for the alleged armed suspect while more LMPD Officers were responding to the scene. During his search, Officer Brinkley observes an orange shirt discarded in one of the aisles of the Walmart, indicating the armed suspect may have altered his appearance. Officer Brinkley spots the suspect running towards the front of the store and begins to pursue him on foot. The suspect exits the front of the store with Officer Brinkley close behind. The suspect ignores all commands to stop. Outside of the store, Officer Brinkley notifies dispatch and responding Officers that the suspect is reaching in his waistband. The suspect turns the corner of the store and forcibly enters the minivan of an innocent victim in the pharmacy Drive-Thru. He attempts to carjack a female victim at gunpoint, by demanding the victim to drive while pressing on the gas pedal with one hand and attempting to maneuver the gear shifter with the other. Bodycam footage shows the suspect's repeated attempts to both accelerate the vehicle and transfer the vehicle from Park to Drive. The engine can be heard revving as Officer Brinkley approaches the vehicle. As the suspect attempts to maneuver the gear shifter, Officer Brinkley discharges his firearm several times through the front windshield of the minivan, striking the suspect. The victim safely escapes her vehicle as Officer Brinkley subdues the suspect. Officer Brinkley holds the suspect at Bay until backup arrives shortly after. Officers remove the suspect from the vehicle, place him under arrest and provide medical attention. Two weapons were recovered from the scene. One handgun was a realistic looking replica and was found in the front pants pocket of the suspect. A second handgun which was real, was discovered on the floorboard of the vehicle. The female victim of the carjacking was located nearby moments later and was uninjured. The Suspect in this incident is identified as 37-year-old Randall Allen. He sustained non-life-threatening gunshot wounds and was transported to the University of Louisville Hospital for treatment. He will be charged with the following in relation to this incident: Robbery (1st degree), Possession of Handgun by Convicted Felon, Wanton Endangerment (1st degree), Fleeing or Evading Police (2nd degree), Unlawful Imprisonment (1st degree), Possession of a Controlled Substance (1st degree) Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Resisting Arrest.

Atlanta, Georgia — On February 7th, 2025 around 5:15pm, officers conducted a traffic stop on a white transport van traveling along Peachtree Rd. Upon stopping the vehicle, officers identified themselves and explained the reason for the stop. While speaking with the driver, officers smelled the odor of raw marijuana and asked the driver if there was any inside the vehicle. The driver surrendered a small ziplocked bag of marijuana to officers and said that was all he had. With probable cause established, officers attempted to detain the driver to continue searching the vehicle for narcotics. The driver exited the vehicle but then became physically combative when officers tried to detain him. The driver ignored several verbal commands and continued to physically resist. After a brief struggle, officers were able to bring the suspect into custody after tasing him. The suspect was later identified as Tory Hardesty.

How fucking stupid do you have to be to get high while transporting felony amounts of drugs. Not only was he high, he had a smaller bag of weed on his person. The people that trusted that idiot with those drugs deserve to lose them.
