Made an educated choice after some time considering.
Local small-town consignment shop, apparently a lot of customers had been through looking for coins, and there wasn't a lot.
Last year I went there & got a 1/10 oz. 24k gold coin for $100.
Today I spent over 20 minutes looking into this...

I could not find anything on this exact coin.
The closest I could find had ".999 silver" lettered on the plain edge where this one is reeded.
It was $32, but 10% off, so $28.80. It looked like silver, felt like silver, and pinged like silver, so for that price I said "screw it, go for it".
I brought it home, it's 1 oz.
I wonder why I can't find anything on this.

No year, no constitution, to designer, no mint marking, nothing.
It's either an actual collectable or really good fake.
Apparently no one even bothered to ask about it & its been sitting there forever in a nook corner of a protected antique display case.
