That wasn't actually the Hulk. It was an alternate universe Hulk. I have that issue. It's from the Cross Time Caper.

I think this fight is closer than most would think, but Cap has been beaten down a lot more than BB. BB has punked Celestials, which is more significant than holding off the Nameless Ones or even the Phoenix.
