I drank Michelob cans way back when because they used to put famous golf holes on their cans.

If you listen to Savatage, you can definitely hear the classical influence on their music. Like Gutter Ballet. That's a banger that starts with some crazy piano links.

Michelob was my favorite beer back in the day.

Same. I drank the shit out of that beer. I switched to Michelob Light cans when I spotted the golf courses on them.
If I remember correctly, that beer became sort of tough to find. For a minute I switched to Busch Light Draft - mostly for camping trips - then eventually landed on Bud Diesel. We called them pork chops. A dinner in every can.
I haven't had Regular Bud in forever.

Agreed. Def doesn't taste the same to me. It used to be my 2nd fave next to Michelob. Michelob was just awesome. Smooth.
Yep Bud was the staple Michelob was the favorite.
