Considering there's a pic of them looking all chummy together after this supposedly happend I think this is way overblown. Quit falling for the manufactured tmz drama.

I don't think you're correct on this. Generally speaking, MMA fans are fascinated with the Diaz brothers. The win over McGregor pushed interest in Nate even higher. Maybe non-hardcore fans are more interested in McGregor though, not sure.
McGregor is a bigger draw than Nate Diaz.

If McGregor fights fighter X on PPV or cable, he will get far more PPV buys or much higher ratings than if Nate fights fighter X.

That's why Conor gets paid more, because he's a bigger draw in general.

I don't think you understand why people get paid at the upper echelons of this sport. It's not on performances, wins, losses, but on interest and drawing power. Nate deserves a lot more than what he is getting, but people are kidding themselves if they think he draws more interest than McGregor.
You got the first three words right :D
What's the drawing power of Conor vs Nate II? What percentage of that rests on Nate? If he's not there then that fight ain't happening, you understand that?

Yeah, I can see that, when you put it that way.

Nate's definitely a part of why it would do so well, which is why he has leverage to negotiate a better deal, and his overall drawing power likely rose from that win. However, he hasn't proven himself to sell PPV's against multiple different people like McGregor, whose sold 800k, 1.2mil, and 1.5mil on the trot. Until Nate can sell over a 1million ppv, when he isn't fighting McGregor, he isn't as big a draw.

It was probably Dana was annoyed at getting an important call while at the lunch and unhappy he had to go to the car to take it, or something.

Let's also not forget who fucked up UFC 200. It wasn't Nate it was Conor. So Nate was probably like listen I'm not doing this shit again unless I get paid.

This right here. We also forget that it's Nates manager that Dana doesn't work well with not necessarily Nate. I'm sure Dana puts up with his fair share of shit from the fighters but the managers are most likely the ones that push back the most for what they're trying to get for their fighters. I'm not saying Nate and his manager didn't discuss things prior to the meeting, as they should be on the same page but the manager should be the one talking.

I concur with you on all points but with one caveat (I hope I've used that word properly, if not then....I dunno, with one...I dunno), if McGregor and Diaz are to fight again then Nate is worth as much as Conor is in that match.

I think we can all agree that Nate deserves a real paycheck. But in this case it isn't the individual fighters per se, rather, both together that is making this fight worth more than either of them are worth on their own. Conor is a huge draw but he's not breaking many records right now without Nate. IE, Conor v Nate > Conor v Anyone Else. Without Nate, his paycheck is smaller too. It's why Nate should realize how much he's worth, even if it's only for this one fight.

So............ he pulled a dine & ditch & left Nate with the bill? That shit doesn't fly in Stockton.
Where Nate's from, people like that get slapped.
Wouldn't it be hillarious if Nate did an interview about this : Yo this motherfuck comes to the 209 in his fuck private jet, offers me a fight against some bum millionaire i beat the brakes off for a bowl of bar peanuts, fuck that better pay me or get your ass back in to you private jet motherfucker, then this bald millionaire motherfucker gets up and leaves me with the fucking bill as if i don't have any bills of my own to pay.
