Glad everything turned out for the better

I was always under the impression restaurants have a fire suppression system over the grills and the fryers
Like a sprinkler system with heads pointing down connected to halon or some chemical

That mofo John Tapper would always scream at owners for not cleaning shit around the the grill and fryers
Oh we have it, there are links that melt and it sets it off. When that happens the ansul disccharges which would have covered every square inch in the majority of the building, cleaning and recharging the system would take about a week. If the fryer really let lose and blew out the bottom more the system would have difficulty keeping up with it. Almost 50 pounds of cooking oil spreading on the floor burning.

I get fighting mad when someone freezes after an accident. I work with my brothers because I trust they will snap a la verga at an emergency. Shit happens but it's how you react to get us out of it that means you're worth your weight.

My cousin smashed my hands while I was helping him put up his attic stairs. I told him his stupid old ass is not in the hospital, rn because he destroyed my hands while his mouth was hanging. Idk how he made it in the Navy. My nephew also smashed my hands on the trunk of my car but he only froze for a minute. I wanted to murder him, too. Snap a la dick, you absolute vaginas!

Imagine you or your wife weren't there?

Jokes aside, glad it all worked out as best it could. In high school I worked at a KFC where very little grease would hit the floor but the whole floor throughout was perpetually slippery, even after the caustic cleaner we mopped with. I can't imagine trying to clean up that much oil. How are you doing that?

We use hot water, tide, bleach and an orbital buffer with a scrub pad twice a day. Keeps the floors grease free.
