The fucks from Virginia to California didn't even send it till a week after it was due here and held it hostage till I paid extra insurance because the driver thought he was going to damage the truck making a tight corner. I got a full "binding" quote but I wa so fucked off sitting on deck chairs and a blow up bed I just paid it.
The amount of photos and paperwork I had to file for damages (ripped sofa, broken TV, so many things), I gave up on arguing about in the end for my own mental well being.
