Seriously though, how shitty is that UFC poster? Nothing creative about it whatsoever.
They poster shame themselves when they release that shit to the world.
Come on, it's not like the UFC doesn't has the same resources as a Japanese start-up B-league. It's not their fault they can't make posters that are literally far worse than posters for the same events that fans have made on Photoshop in their spare time.
But seriously, I don't get why the UFC wants to standardize the way they promote fights to make them all seem alike.
You're promoting 500 athletes across 10 divisions, and you run 40 events a year. Wouldn't you want to do everything in your power to make both the events and fighters seem as different from each other as possible? Wouldn't you want your event posters to look creative and visually striking and unique? Wouldn't you want your fighters to wear ring attire that's memorable and accentuates their individuality, and makes them stand out from each other?
