Have you actually read Dana's mom's account of him? She came off like Livia Soprano. June White is not an objective source. In her biography she called him an ugly baby and said he reminded her of the film Rosemary's Baby. It's possible he was an ugly baby because she didn't realize she was pregnant for six months and didn't gain weight during that time. She also called him a lazy teenager since he didn't get a job while still in high school, and was confused when he got upset when she talked smack about him in an interview from the hospital while he was paying for her cancer treatment. And this was just from the excerpts that were publicly available. She managed the pretty impressive feat of making me feel sorry for him, and it's kind of amazing Dana White came out as well-adjusted as he did. So no, mothers are not the end-all-be-all of objective moral judgement, some mom's are objectively pretty fucking horrible.
As for Vince's childhood, to the best of my understanding he grew up in a rich family with a demanding dad. I was a wrestling nerd for a solid decade at one point and never came across much more than that as far as his upbringing. If you have any stories about him that make his pathology interesting, I'd legit be curious to hear them though.
