But the posters here know better, because they saw TUF.. right? Majority of the hate is from the fans of miesha just because she's "hot." If they only knew how much of a piece of shit she and caraway are.
Is there an emoji or badge for touching your nose with your finger to signify that you are right on it?........ Because if so..... Insert here

I fell under the spell when I met her back in 09. Over time I saw and heard shit about her.. then got all the stories from Washington and really dislike her.

I joked here before that in a few years, I'm going to start writing a MMA tell all filled with all the stories I have personally seen/been around, and those I've heard from reputable sources LOL.... Including some about Tate

Really dumb move.

Its the equivalent of bringing in Paul Daley to help work on your ground game in preperation for Damian Maia.

Non disclosure agreements are common when bringing in an outside fighter into a training camp as a sparring partner.... You can't have them running off telling what they've experienced with the fighter. That's what happens though when you don't have a real team around you though.
well i would expect that before a fight but after a fight i think theres more to it

Or that's what happens when you try to control the narrative by banning media, refusing to do promos and press conferences and refusing to do media.
I believe the media had a name for celebrities who did that.... tip of my tongue oh yes; DIVA. She was a diva before the fight... and look how well it paid off.

You can't bring in someone to decimate your fighter... Yes hi level does work when you're sharp, but I would bet that Raquel was boxing up Ronda and probably had her confidence shook. There are times you bring in way better guys to help you learn, and times you bring in people to get you sharp for a fight (take live shots, challenge yourself, improve your reaction time).

Ronda needs to learn how to strike, this entire year off should have been her high level boxing. In her camp for Nunes, she should have implemented her newer skill set into her strength, and used her striking along with level changes to establish her clinch game.
Yeah but bringing in someone high-level doesn't mean you want them to kick your ass in every way possible. A high-level grappler who knows how to intelligently spar is a better sparring partner than anyone else. It's the same for striking....I imagine. :/

Ideally, you want someone who can emulate your opponent as closely as possible, unless it's just a generic training partner.

I agree but sometimes you want something with more precise precision (in honour of Mike Goldberg).

I'm don't doubt it, but could you give us one other example where a sparing partner (for any fighter) has said they were asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
It's called a non disclosure agreement because most people don't even disclose that they signed them.

You know this entire thread is partly based on Raquel Pennington disclosing she signed a non-disclosure agreement. Why else would be discussing such a random subject?

I know. She shouldn't have disclosed it.
