By now I'm sure everyone has read the reports of Rousey going to do some rasslin. In all seriousness, she done right? As in nobody still really expects her to make a return to MMA. I have this discussion regularly with my brother.

Right now the bantamweight division is more interesting without her so I'm fine if she stays away.

many experts feel that she, not Brock, is the Bo Jackson of our time

She will not come back as long as she has other options. When the other sources of income run dry she may come back. Until then there is no reason to risk another KO. Another loss would make a big difference in her mainstream marketability. The loss to Holly has already cost her at least one movie role.

I don't follow wrestling either. I agree she the division is more interesting without her. I think WMMA caught up to her. I even believe Miesha is better now than either of the times she faced Rousey. I think the whole division improved and caught up and her degree of separation was eliminated.

I might be talking out of my ass but IMO I don't think she has the mentality to come back from such a devastating loss. I've never seen a fighter take a loss so hard. We all got to watch a supernova when Holly KTFO her.

The only reason there was talk of her coming back recently was because Miesha won. Had Holly held on that last round there would be absolutely no talk of Ronda coming back.

The way she got owned, combined with her attitude, yeah. I'd say she's done. Good. I'd be thrilled if I never heard her name again.
